Payment Term:            SPOT or Telex Transfer (T/T) - 30% Deposit & Payable 100% at site of loading yard or port or 30% deposit in Escrow Account before loading. Full payment due to be paid by certified bank check at site of loading with loading pictures and weight tickets or BL in your possession

• We (seller) send Buyer Soft Offer/Terms and Conditions
• Only 40" containers - See Pictures - 5-10% unprepared, no exceptions
• Materials will be a combination from both our yards; Irvington, NJ & Puerto Rico
• CNF pricing - when contacting us, must give Port of Destination to see if we can get rate.
• We can only sell Commodity as is.  At this time, there is no separation from one or the other
• If there are yard visits for any materials that are from our direct suppliers, NCNDA will be signed by you and/or buyer.
• Buyer agrees to Terms and Conditions and places Purchase Order
• We welcome Buyer to Yard Visits to view materials with advance notice
• If Buyer needs to view loading materials in the US Virgin Islands, Travel Arrangements at Buyer's cost
• Buyer shall deposit 30% of material cost into Seller's bank or escrow account
• Shipment commence immediately as per contract once payment become operational in seller's bank
• Buyer allow to photograph any needed loading pictures at time of container loading
• If CNF, Seller sends Bill of Laden to Buyer via fax or e-mail as soon as seller receives it.
• Buyer pays 100% per each container at site of Loading Port
